Both the kitchen and front of house are run by students who are in their 2nd level of cook training. Enjoy a three-course a la carte lunch which is reasonably priced and produced with the highest level of passion and care by students with the guidance of their Chef Instructors.

Visit for reservations. For parties of nine and more please call the restaurant directly for reservations at 604.443.8479.

With advanced notice, we may accommodate dietary restrictions via culinaryarts@vcc.ca. However, we are first and foremost a teaching kitchen; the student learning objectives and outcomes are our priority. Possible accommodations are restricted to ingredient substitutions and omissions on existing menu items.
