International Student Advising

Prefer to meet with an advisor one-on-one? Whether you are a prospective student interested in applying to VCC, or a current VCC student with questions about your studies, our International Student Advisors are here to support you. Book a virtual advising session to go over any questions or concerns with an International Student Advisor.

General or Academic Advising

Advisors are also available for an in-person appointment:
- Downtown campus (Room 100): Monday to Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Broadway campus (Room 4024, Building A): Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (closed 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
- Please email study@vcc.ca your availability and include your VCC student ID (if applicable), full name, phone number, and questions.

Immigration Advising (VCC Student ID Required)

Get your immigration questions answered! Topics include study permit, co-op work permit, off-campus work eligibility, and post-graduate work permit. Please note that we do not offer immigration advising outside of the international student scope (eg: eligibility for permanent residency). Immigration advising is only open to admitted or current VCC students with a VCC ID.
